Home practice. Choose from my library of Yoga & Pilates classes. Each class is $15. Pay for the class via Venmo [@justine-malick], include the name of the class + your email address in the payment note, and I’ll send you the password.

Specialty & Free Classes
All level classes are great, but they’re not always what we need. Whether you’re working with an old or new injury or you had a baby recently or not recently, sometimes we need to hone in on that specific something and explore it at greater depth. These Specialty Classes are designed to just that - combining the detailed approach of a workshop with the fluid movement experience of a class. Each class is $20. Pay for the class via Venmo [@justine-malick], include the name of the class + your email address in the payment note, and I’ll send you the password.
Remember to listen to your own body, take breaks when needed, and to modify as appropriate. If there’s a specific focus that you would like to see addressed in a future recorded class, let me know! And, if you’re still feeling like you need a bit more support after taking one of these classes, we can alwaysbook a private sessionin person or via Zoom.
